How to make it
- Mix up equal amounts of water and flour.
- This should be very runny like making a crepe.
- Add salt and spices to taste.
- I heated a small taco sized cast iron skillet, over a medium heat.
- Add a very small drop of fat, the size of a small fingers finger nail..
- I scooped up 1/4 cup of thin batter, poured it into the middle of the pan, then rolled the pan to spread the batter to the size of the skillet.
- 3 minutes on one side.
- Then I had to gently scrap it off of the pan and flip it.
- 3 minutes on the other side.
- Lid off makes them dry out quicker and brown nicely.
- Folded them in half as I took them off.
- Stored them in a tortilla server.
- These are the perfect size for tacos.
