How to make it

  • Mix up equal amounts of water and flour.
  • This should be very runny like making a crepe.
  • Add salt and spices to taste.
  • I heated a small taco sized cast iron skillet, over a medium heat.
  • Add a very small drop of fat, the size of a small fingers finger nail..
  • I scooped up 1/4 cup of thin batter, poured it into the middle of the pan, then rolled the pan to spread the batter to the size of the skillet.
  • 3 minutes on one side.
  • Then I had to gently scrap it off of the pan and flip it.
  • 3 minutes on the other side.
  • Lid off makes them dry out quicker and brown nicely.
  • Folded them in half as I took them off.
  • Stored them in a tortilla server.
  • These are the perfect size for tacos.
