How to make it

  • Mix marinade mix, oil, water, and mustard in small bowl. Reserve 2 Tbsp of the marinade for brushing. Place chicken in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add remaining marinade, turn to coat well.
  • Refrigerate 30 minutes or longer for extra flavor. remove chicken from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.
  • Grill chicken over medium heat with lid closed 30-40 minutes or until cooked through. Turning occasionally and brushing with reserved marinade.
  • *Note* I always have a hard time getting my chicken or pork done with out almost burning it on the grill (i'll never be a grill master that's for sure lol) so I start mine out in the oven then I move it onto the grill and it comes out wonderful.
