Fryed Chicken Livers

- 2 to 4 containers of chicken livers shopping list
- Flour Mixture shopping list
- oil shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Wash the chicken livers in a colender in warm water.Shake well to drain any excess water.
- Add enough of the Flour Mixture into a bowl.
- Add enough oil to a skillet.Make sure that the skillet is hot.Add the floured chicken livers into the skillet and season with salt and pepper (As long you run out of oil use a little bit of butter, I had too a few times and doesn't taste bad at all).
- In a big enough bowl add enough papper towls to put into the bowl and the oil would drain off from the livers.Layer till it's all done on the livers.

- I KNOW THAT IT SOUNDS WEIRD TO LAYER CHICKEN LIVERS BEWEEN PAPAER TOWLS.I UNDERSTAND THAT.THERE ARE ALOT OF PEOPLE WHO DOESN'T WWANT TO TASTE (EAT) THE LIVERS WITH THE OIL OR BUTTER ON THEM.KNOWING THAT THERE ARE PEOPLE ARE TRYEN TO WATCH THEIR DIET.
