David's Garden Gelatin Salad

I use this recipe as a replacement for cole slaw at picnics. I took 2 different recipes and took the best of each.
Ingredients
- 1 (4 serving size) box lemon gelatin shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 cup boiling water shopping list
- 1/2 cup condensed tomato soup shopping list
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar shopping list
- 1/2 cup celery, diced shopping list
- 1/2 cup carrot, shredded shopping list
- 2 tablespoon onion, minced shopping list
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup cabbage, shredded shopping list
- 2 tablespoons green bell pepper, finely chopped shopping list
How to make it
- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
- Add salt and stir. Allow to cool 15 minutes.
- Whisk together tomato soup mayoonaise and vinegar.. Whisk into cooled gelatin.
- Chill until partially set.
- Fold in remaining ingredients and pour into 4 cup gelatin mold.
- Chill until set.
