How to make it

  • Dissolve grape gelatin in 1 cup boiling water..
  • Add 1/2 cup cold water and stir.
  • Spoon half into a glass bowl or trifle bowl.
  • Chill until almost set.
  • Pour remaining gelatin into a blender container.
  • Add one cream cheese cube (1/6 of the block)
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Spoon over first layer and chill until set.
  • Repeat process with "Berry Blue" gelatin followed by lime, lemon, orange and then cherry or strawberry gelatins.
  • May be topped with whipped cream or whipped topping if desired.
