Cheesy Steak & Tomato Zucchini

- 6 oz. leftover grilled sirloin steak shopping list
- 2 medium zucchini shopping list
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes shopping list
- 1/2 small yellow onion shopping list
- 1 small cooked red potato shopping list
- 4 oz shredded cheddar or mixed cheese shopping list
- pepper to taste shopping list
- 1/4 tsp dry mustard shopping list
- 1/2 tsp Himalayan pink salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp rosemary shopping list
- 1/4 tsp marjoram leaves shopping list
- 4 tbsp. olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Cut steak into 1 inch pieces
- Peel and dice zucchinis
- Cut tomatoes in half
- Dice onion and cut potato into pieces
- Put olive oil in large skillet and heat to medium.
- Add zucchini and onion, cook for 5 minutes. Add steak, potato, and tomatoes. Add spices. Cover and cook for about 10 minutes longer. Add cheese. Remove lid and simmer until cheese is melted and liquid is thickened.
