Ramen And Miso Soup

For the chicken Marinade
- 1 chicken breast cut into strips shopping list
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce shopping list
- 1 tbsp teriyaki sauce shopping list
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger shopping list
- 1/2 tsp grated garlic shopping list
For the Soup
- 1 1/2 tbsp miso paste shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups boiling water shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar-snap peas shopping list
- 1 individual package of fresh ramen noodles shopping list
How to make it
- Prepare the marinade by pouring all the marinade ingredients over the chicken. Using your hands make sure all the chicken is coated with the marinade. Let marinade for at least 5 min.
- Grill the chicken, depending on the size of your strips, it shouldn't take longer than 2 min per side.
- Reserve.
- Get the water boiling. Add the peas and boil for 1 min.
- Add the miso paste and pasta to the water and peas. The pasta only needs 2 minutes. Check the seasoning. If it's not salty enough for you please add soy sauce to taste.
- Pour the soup into a large bowl and add the chicken.
- Eat! :)
