How to make it

  • 1.Stew the onion and garlic minced in olive oil,add chili,tomato sauce,lemon rind.Mix good and boil the sauce 8-10 minutes,till is thick,Put some salt and pepper.
  • 2.Put the mussels in a big pot,with boiling water,and boil some minutes.
  • 3.I a tray,put the mussels,who opened,pour over them the sauce,shredded parmesan,and minced fresh parsley,then,put them in the oven ,a the medium fire,till the parmesan is melted.

    That sounds very yummy Cornelia. I've never seen Mussels served in a Tomato sauce before and ya gotta love Parmesan! :) Nice post!
