Mussels With Tomato Sauce And Parmesan

- 1 kg fresh mussels (in shells) shopping list
- 200ml tomato sauce shopping list
- 1 lemon shopping list
- 1 onion shopping list
- 3 cloves of garlic shopping list
- 4 teaspoons olive oil shopping list
- chilli shopping list
- fresh parsley shopping list
- 150g shredded parmesan shopping list
- salt shopping list
- pepper shopping list
How to make it
- 1.Stew the onion and garlic minced in olive oil,add chili,tomato sauce,lemon rind.Mix good and boil the sauce 8-10 minutes,till is thick,Put some salt and pepper.
- 2.Put the mussels in a big pot,with boiling water,and boil some minutes.
- 3.I a tray,put the mussels,who opened,pour over them the sauce,shredded parmesan,and minced fresh parsley,then,put them in the oven ,a the medium fire,till the parmesan is melted.
