Lobster And Spinach Mac N Cheese

Lobster mac n cheese is one of my favorite dishes. I also use this spinach mac n cheese recipe with short ribs, which is absolutely amazing, but I don't have pics of that recipe!
Ingredients
- 3/4 lb cooked lobster meat shopping list
- 1 lb macaroni of choice ( I used shells) shopping list
- 2 cups shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese shopping list
- 2 cups heavy cream shopping list
- 2 cups milk (I use 2%) shopping list
- 2 cups chopped spinach shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic, smashed and minced shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter shopping list
- 1/4 cup flour shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp pepper shopping list
- 1 tsp mustard powder shopping list
How to make it
- Cook pasta per the instructions on the box
- In a sauce pan, melt the butter and whisk in the flour to create a roux
- Add the cream, milk, garlic and seasoning
- Bring to a simmer and lower the heat
- Add the cheese and whisk until melted
- Combine the pasta with the sauce and add the spinach and lobster
- Let the pasta rest for a bit so the spinach will wilt and the lobster will warm up a bit
- Serve and enjoy!
