Ingredients

How to make it

  • Cook pasta per the instructions on the box
  • In a sauce pan, melt the butter and whisk in the flour to create a roux
  • Add the cream, milk, garlic and seasoning
  • Bring to a simmer and lower the heat
  • Add the cheese and whisk until melted
  • Combine the pasta with the sauce and add the spinach and lobster
  • Let the pasta rest for a bit so the spinach will wilt and the lobster will warm up a bit
  • Serve and enjoy!

    This looks terrific. Fresh lobster meat in MO is slightly impossible - LOL - but I would still love to make this.

    I am by no means critiquing your recipe,for it is a pleasing looking plate Patrick
    ~and~
    I NEVER complain when a man cooks for me :o)
    ~but~
    If I were to make if for myself I would perhaps place within besides the Sharp Cheddar,a small handful of Gruyere,Parmigiano Reggiano,and a small chunk of cream cheese,and of course,a splash of Chardonnay would be a nice play to smooth it out.
    Good American Lobster from Maine has a wonderful succulent sweet taste,but is a tad difficult to acquire in this small out of the way area unless one would have it flown in.
    Long story short...Excellent Recipe!
