How to make it

  • Sauté sausage in oil, use spoon to break up into small pieces.
  • Remove sausage with slotted spoon, reserve and return 3 TBSP of Oil
  • Sauté onion and garlic, about 5 minutes, do not burn
  • Add meats, stir a minute, add wine, reduce to half, add stock and cream
  • Bring to a boil stirring, reduce to simmer cook for 35 minutes.
  • Serve with gnocchi or Pastene fettuccini nests.
  • I did not add any cheese.
