How to make it

  • Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain and toss with 1/2 Tablespoon of the Sesame oil, set aside and keep warm. Dice the pork and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat the other 1/2 Tablespoon Sesame oil and add the garlic, cabbage, bell pepper and carrot and pepper flakes; stir-fry until all is tender. Add the meat and green onions; lightly stir-fry until hot; then add hot linguine and toss to mix. Season with salt to taste. Serve immediately. Makes 6 servings

    Substituted zucchini make into spaghetti or can use spaghetti squash.
