Marinated Carrots

- 3 cans sliced carrots (14 oz) shopping list
- 1 medium onion, sliced thin shopping list
- 1 small green pepper, slivered shopping list
- 1/2 C sugar shopping list
- 1 can tomato soup (10 oz) shopping list
- 1/2 C veg oil shopping list
- 1 C cider vinegar shopping list
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 3 T yellow mustard shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp pepper shopping list
How to make it
- mix everything together, except carrots. Mix well.
- add carrots. toss to coat.
- cover, and marinate in fridge for at least 12 hours.
- Before serving, drain off most of liquid.
