Banana Bread Cake

A wonderful banana bread in a cake, wonderful drizzle too!
Ingredients
- Cake: shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed shopping list
- 11/2 stick butter, softened shopping list
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1/4 cup oil shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 Box French Vanilla cake mix shopping list
- Tsp vanilla shopping list
- Tsp baking powder shopping list
- Icing drizzle shopping list
- 1/2 stick softened butter shopping list
- 1 tablespoon maple flavoring( or vanilla) shopping list
- 1 1/2 cup powder sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Cake
- Preheat oven to 350
- Mix together the butter, sugar and cream cheese in larger Stan mixer or in large bowl with hand mixer.
- Stir in bananas and eggs and mix well.
- Add cake mix, oil, and baking powder and blend on high 1 minute.
- Spoon into greased bundt pan and place in oven.
- Cook 50 minutes or until cake is set.
- Cool a few minutes and place on serving plate.
- Drizzle with icing
- Icing
- In bowl, stir or whip together softened butter, powder sugar and maple flavoring.
- Spoon mixture on warm cake
