How to make it

  • 1. Combine the marinade mixture and pour on chicken and let it marinade for at least 2 hours.
  • 2. Fry chicken in pan with olive oil until cooked through.
  • 3. Take chicken out of pan and set aside. In pan, add oil and onions and sauté for 5 minutes. Add Swiss chards and sauté for another 5 minutes.
  • 4. Add broccoli and mix it with the juice.
  • 5. Add the chicken back into pan to reheat.
  • 6. Serve together. You can add rice to the side but we opted to go light on the carb.
