Super-sayan-seasoned Porkchops With Potatoes And Onions
From chefmal 9 years agoIngredients
- 2 large pork chops shopping list
- 2 potatoes, chopped shopping list
- 1 medium onion, sliced shopping list
- 4 garlic cloves, diced shopping list
- About 1/2 cup olive oil shopping list
- Enough rosemary, thyme and parsley to coat both the potatoes and meat shopping list
- Salt to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat the oven to 375F
- Coat potatoes and onions with herbs and 80% of the garlic. Leave some garlic for on top of the chops.
- Make a bed for the chops to lie on. Liberally coat them (back and front) with oil/herb mixture, then spread the remaining garlic on top. Bake at 375 for about 40 minutes. Turn over the chops and mix the potato/onion mixtures so it all gets done evenly. Bake for another 20-30 minutes.
- (Chops may need less time to cook, depending on their thickness)
- Speaking of thickness, at this rate I'm gonna need bigger pants.
