How to make it

  • Preheat the oven to 375F
  • Coat potatoes and onions with herbs and 80% of the garlic. Leave some garlic for on top of the chops.
  • Make a bed for the chops to lie on. Liberally coat them (back and front) with oil/herb mixture, then spread the remaining garlic on top. Bake at 375 for about 40 minutes. Turn over the chops and mix the potato/onion mixtures so it all gets done evenly. Bake for another 20-30 minutes.
  • (Chops may need less time to cook, depending on their thickness)
  • Speaking of thickness, at this rate I'm gonna need bigger pants.
