Peach - Mango Jam

- 2 large red mangoes, diced shopping list
- 1 large peach, diced shopping list
- 2 tbsp lemon juice shopping list
- ¼ tsp cinnamon shopping list
- ¼ tsp cardamom shopping list
- pinch white pepper shopping list
- pinch salt shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 1 pouch liquid pectin shopping list
How to make it
- Combine mangoes, peach, juice, spices and salt in a deep pot and bring to a rolling boil. Cook, stirring frequently, for 3 minutes.
- Add sugars and bring back to a rolling boil.
- Cook, stirring frequently, for 3 minutes.
- Stir in the pectin, return to a boil and boil hard, stirring constantly, for 1 minute.
- Can for 15 minutes in a waterbath or store in the fridge up to 2 weeks.
