Ingredients
  • Gravy:
  • 1 1/2 tbsp of butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 tbsp flour
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • eggs:
  • 12 eggs
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1/2 cup milk

Directions
  1. Gravy
  2. In heavy saucepan over low heat melt butter.
  3. Whisk in flour and salt.
  4. Slowly pour in milk and cook and whisk until sauce thickens like gravy.
  5. Turn off heat, cover, and keep wam
  6. Eggs
  7. In large skillet melt butter
  8. beat togerther eggs, salt, pepper, and milk
  9. pour into skillet
  10. cook slowly, stirring occassionally until eggs are almost set
  11. don't overcook
  12. remove from heat and stir in warm gravy
  13. serve immediately or cover and place in 200 degree F oven
