How to make it

  • 1.Melt butter in a large saute pan over medium-low heat. Add potatoes. Cook about 7 minutes, or until potatoes are tender and beginning to brown.
  • 2.Add garlic, raise heat to medium and cook, stirring, until garlic begins to release its aroma. Add shrimp and mushrooms. Raise heat to medium-high and cook until shrimp are pink and opaque, 5 minutes or so.
  • 3.Add peas, parsley, wine, salt and pepper. Stir to mix well. Cook over medium-high heat for 5 minutes or until peas and potato cubes are soft. Do not overcook. Serve immediately.
  • Yield: 4 servings.
