How to make it

  • Boil pasta in salted water until done (appx 10-12 mins). When done, fry 1 clove of finely chopped garlic in plenty of olive oil until golden brown. Remove from heat, mix pasta into oil and garlic and toss.
  • Garnish with black pepper and parmesan cheese. Serve with glass of Italian red and nice salad with balsamic vinegar.
