How to make it

  • In a medium stock pot brown and drain ground beef
  • In the same stock pot, add the olive oil, onions, and the bell peppers. Saute until onions are transparent.
  • Then add the ground beef and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add all the dry ingredients and cook for another five minutes, so the spices are well incorporated with the meat and vegetables.
  • Add BBQ sauce, tomato paste. Tomato sauce, and diced tomatoes.
  • Add the V-8 juice, cook for 10 minutes
  • Add the beans, open can of beer and add it to the chili.
  • Simmer for an hour.
  • Garnish with shredded cheese and sour cream if you like.
