- 1/2 cup chopped dates shopping list
- 1/2 cup figs (stemmed) shopping list
- 1/2 cup raisins shopping list
- 1/4 cup wheat germ shopping list
- 5 tablespoons nonfat dry milk powder shopping list
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs shopping list
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice shopping list
How to make it
- In food processor, combine first five ingredients. Process until dough forms a ball. In small bowl, mix the crumbs and lemon juice. Roll dough into 1" balls and coat with crumbs. Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks. Makes 4 balls.
