Nibbed Caramel Blondies

- ⅔ cup + 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk shopping list
- 1 tsp vinegar shopping list
- ¼ cup canola oil shopping list

- ½ cup xylitol shopping list
- 2 tbsp vanilla shopping list
- 1 cup spelt flour shopping list
- ¼ cup coconut flour shopping list
- ½ tsp baking powder shopping list
- ½ tsp salt shopping list
- ¼ cup mini chocolate chips shopping list
- ¼ cup chocolate covered cacao nibs shopping list
How to make it
- Heat the oven to 350F and grease a 9" square pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together almond milk, vinegar, oil, caramel, xylitol and vanilla.
- Add the flours, baking powder and salt, mixing just until combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and cacao nibs.
- Scrape into the pan and bake for 20-22 minutes, until firm and beginning to pull away from the sides of the pan.
- Cool completely in the pan.
