How to make it

  • Start your charcoal grill...get it good an hot
  • Season the filet top and skin side with salt and pepper. Pepper the skin generously
  • Combine the remaining ingredients and season the flesh side
  • Place the salmon on the plank
  • Place the plank directly over the coals and cover the grill
  • Cook for 10 - 12 minutes, depending on the thickness of your filet
  • Enjoy!
