How to make it

  • Thoroughly combine all ingredients except the egg roll wrappers. Spoon 1/4 to 1/3 cup of the filling onto the center of the wrappers. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water. Fold two of the corners into the center. Fold a third corner in and roll to the last corner. Place on baking sheet generously sprayed with cooking spray. Repeat with the remaining rolls. Spray the tops of each roll with cooking spray. Bake at 400° for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
