What a fantastic recipe. This is the second time I have made this recipe but this time did a couple of changes. I used 24 bone in chicken thighs. For this I did 4x's the sauce. Since I did not have enough Dijon mustard I did 1/4 cup Dijon and 1 1/4 cups of yellow mustard. Sub corn syrup or agave. After I poured the sauce on the chicken I toped with store bought fried onions. Think of the ones you pick up in the can.

Will be making again. Thanks Semi.
