Ice Cream Choco Tacos

- 8 Taco Shells shopping list
- 2 cups milk chocolate chips shopping list
- 1 quart vanilla ice cream shopping list
- 1/2 cup caramel ice cream topping shopping list
- 1/2 cup chocolate ice cream topping shopping list
- 1 cup chopped nuts (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- 2. Line cookie sheet with waxed paper. Place tacos on the cookie sheet. Heat taco shells per package instructions
- 3 .In a microwave proof bowl heat chocolate chips on high for about 1 minute. Stir then microwave for another 30 seconds or until the chips are melted and smooth.
- 4. Hold taco shells on bottom. Using a knife or pastry brush coat the outside and inside of the taco shell with the melted chocolate. Do not do the bottom. Stand shells upright on a wax paper cover cookie sheet. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until chocolate sets.
- 5. Fill each shell with 1/2 cup of ice cream. Drizzle with the caramel and chocolate toppings. Sprinkle nuts if using.
- 6 .Serve immediately.
