Gingerbread Smoothie

- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 1/2 cup oats shopping list
- 1 small frozen banana (cut in chunks) shopping list
- 2 Tbs. unsulfured molasses shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon shopping list
- pinch of cloves shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract shopping list
- 1/2 cup ice cubes shopping list
How to make it
- Blend all ingredients in blender till smooth. Adjust consistency with more milk and/or ice to your preference.

Great smoothie any time of the day. I had to change a couple of things, i used almond milk and lactose, gluten free oats. I ground the oats first, as mine were coarse, added 1 scoop of protein powder. Wonderful drink to have before going to the Y or ...more
