How to make it

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil . Add fettuccine , cook until just al dente . Drain , and set aside.
  • While noodles are cooking , heat a large skillet over med. high heat . Add 1 T. olive oil .When hot , add all veggies , except tomato , and saute until crisp , tender .
  • Remove veggies . Wipe skillet , if needed.
  • Return skillet to heat , and add 1 T. olive oil .
  • When hot , add shrimp , and saute , until just pink.
  • Remove shrimp , and return skillet to heat .
  • Pour the chicken broth , and jarred sauce into pan , and stir until smooth , and combined. Stir in veggies , and tomatoes , and heat through , stirring often.
  • .Reduce heat to med. Stir in shrimp , and cooked pasta .
  • Heat through , stirring often. Add salt and pepper to taste . Pour into large serving dish.
