Mikey's Beef And Cabbage Rolls

- 2 lbs Ground beef shopping list
- 1 or 2 thawed Frozen Pizza Doughs shopping list
- 1 large sweet onion shopping list
- 1 small head of cabbage, I use green shopping list
- 4 cloves of garlic shopping list
- 4 TBS of butter shopping list
- Olive Oil shopping list
- Fresh ground black pepper shopping list
- Salt, whatever kind you like.... no rules here shopping list
How to make it
- Brown the Ground Beef and remove from pan. Leave the stuff on the bottom!
- Chop up cabbage
- Chop up Onion
- Crush the garlic
- Salt and Pepper to your liking. I use A LOT of Black Pepper !!
- Warm pan back up and add 1/2 of the butter
- Start the process.... add garlic to pan and cook a couple of minute, add onion and cook until translucent, add cabbage and cook until tender.
- Add the remaining butter and mix in
- Let this mixture cool down considerably so it doesn't melt your dough
- Dough:
- Roll out your dough thin and cut into 4-6 inch squares
- Drop 2 TBS or so of cooled meat mixture onto each square, need to leave enough room for closure.
- Fold the squares over, pinch shut and place on a lightly oiled baking sheet seam side down.
- Smear a little Olive Oil on top of each, ( you can even sprinkle a little Garlic Powder on them too).
- Pre-heat your oven to 425 degrees (f), and put your baking sheet on the middle rack. Cook these bad boys for 15 minutes or until the crust is nice and brown. Watch them close, they get away quick!! That's it, that's all there is to it..... Enjoy !
