Mary Ann's Scrumptious Lasagna

- 2 pounds ground beef shopping list
- Salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 1 tblsp oregano shopping list
- 8 no-cook lasagna noodles shopping list
- 2 jars of pasta sauce shopping list
- 20 oz. carton of small curd cottage cheese shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese shopping list
- 2 tblsp dried parsley shopping list
- 8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Brown ground beef in skillet. Pour off extra grease, season with salt, pepper, and oregano. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix cottage cheese, eggs, parsley, and Parmesan cheese thoroughly.
- In 9 x 13 pan, spread a layer of pasta sauce. Top with a layer of uncooked lasagna noodles. She breaks one in half to fill the pan.
- Layer more pasta sauce, 1/3d of the meat, 1/3d of the cottage cheese mixture, and a second layer of noodles.
- Top with more sauce, another 1/3d of the meat, 1/3d of the cottage cheese mixture, and noodles.
- Top with remaining sauce, meat, and cottage cheese mixture. Sprinkle a generous amount of Mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake at 350 for one hour.
