How to make it

  • Preheat the oven to 250° F (120 °C).
  • Mix the rice, milk, sugar, butter and lemon zest together in a bowl and pour the mixture into a buttered 8-cup (2 L) baking dish. Bake uncovered for 2 hrs.
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve hot or cold.
