- Sunflower Oil shopping list
- 150g/5oz Plain Flour shopping list
- 4 Eggs shopping list
- 200ml Whole Milk shopping list
- Salt and freshly ground Black Pepper shopping list
How to make it
- NOTE: MAKE SURE BOTH THE OVEN AND THE TINS ARE HOT - HOT - HOT
- Drizzle a little oil evenly into a 12-hole non-stick muffin tin and place in the oven to heat through;
- To make the batter, tip the flour into a bowl and beat in the eggs until smooth;
- Gradually add the milk and carry on beating until the mix is completely lump-free;
- Season with salt and pepper;
- Pour the batter into a jug;
- Remove the hot tins from the oven and pour the batter evenly into the holes;
- Return the tins to the oven and leave undisturbed for 20-25 minutes or so or until the puddings have puffed up and browned;
- Serve immediately
