Pumpkin Pie Squares

- Crust: shopping list
- 2 cups flour shopping list
- 1/2 cup instant oatmeal] shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/2 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup cold butter shopping list
- 3-6 tbsp cold water shopping list
- Filling: shopping list
- 4 eggs beaten lightly shopping list
- 2 cans (15 oz) pure pumpkin shopping list
- 2 cams (15 oz) evaporated milk shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups sugar shopping list
- 2 tsp cinnamon shopping list
- 1 tsp ginger shopping list
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg shopping list
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice shopping list
How to make it
- Crust:
- Combine flour, oats, sugar and salt. Cut in butter till crumbly (use hands if needed), Add water to make a ball.
- Press into greased 9 x 13 pan
- Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
- Filling:
- In large bowl, beat eggs and then combine all other ingredients. Take to see if you want more spices and add to taste.
- Pour into crust, and bake for 45-60 minutes till firm and set.
- Remove and cool.
- Put in refrigerator to get set and cold.
- Serve with whipped cream.
