How to make it

  • Remove all visible fat and the silver skin.
  • Place all ingredients, except the pork, in a glass dish and stir.
  • Cut the pork in half to make two equal portions.
  • Put the pork in the marinate and place in the fridge for 3-4 hours.
  • When ready to grill remove the pork and pat dry. Discard the marinate.
  • Heat grill to 500 and sear both sides.
  • Cook until internal temperature is 145, about 20 mins.
