Easy Pork Tenderloin

- 1T toasted sesame seed oil shopping list
- 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce, such as Braggs shopping list
- pinch red pepper flakes shopping list
- juice from one large orange shopping list
- 1/2 tsp worchestershire sauce shopping list
- 1 large clove garlic, micro planed shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger shopping list
- 1 tsp honey shopping list
- 1 pork tenderloin shopping list
How to make it
- Remove all visible fat and the silver skin.
- Place all ingredients, except the pork, in a glass dish and stir.
- Cut the pork in half to make two equal portions.
- Put the pork in the marinate and place in the fridge for 3-4 hours.
- When ready to grill remove the pork and pat dry. Discard the marinate.
- Heat grill to 500 and sear both sides.
- Cook until internal temperature is 145, about 20 mins.
