Pasta With Uncooked Tomato Sauce

- 1 Lbs Spaghetti shopping list
- Roma Tomatoes Diced 3 1/5 lbs or so shopping list
- 1 Head Garlic Minced Fine shopping list
- 1 Cups Fresh basil Julian Cut shopping list
- Fresh Parsley Chopped Optional shopping list
- About 1 Cups Fresh Grated cheese shopping list
- Virgin Olive Oil About 1/2 Cup or more if needed shopping list
How to make it
- Add the garlic to a food processor and pulse until fine or dice by hand. Finish with a mortar and pestle with a pinch of kosher salt and make into a fine paste.
- Put the garlic into the diced tomatoes. Add the basil. Add the Cheese. Add a pinch of salt and the black pepper. Drizzle in just a bit of olive oil. Mix well and put into a large zip lock bag or a tightly sealed bowl
- Add to 1 lb of cooked aldente spaghetti add a some more olive oil and cheese if need.
- Mix well let sit about 1/2 hour and serve with a crusty Italian bread.
