How to make it

  • 1- Whisk flour and 1/3 cup of chicken broth in a bowl and set aside.
  • 2-In a large pot, add remaining broth and add potatoes, green onion and broccoli. Bring to a boil, cover and reduce heat and let simmer for 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
  • 3- Gradually stir in the flour mixture and cook stirring often for 5 minutes or until it thickens.
  • 4- Stir in milk and 8oz cheese until cheese melts.
  • 5-When serving, fry bacon and drain and crumble on top along with remaining cheese.
