Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup shortening
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/4 cup blueberries
  • Sugar & cinnamon (optional)

Directions
  1. Sprinkle berries with 4 tsp flour so they don't sink to the bottom of the cake
  2. Mix all ingredients together
  3. Pour into pan
  4. Cook for 35 minutes
  5. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on top
