Ingredients
- 1/4 cup shortening shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 3/4 cups flour shopping list
- 1/4 tsp salt shopping list
- 2 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 1 1/4 cup blueberries shopping list
- sugar & cinnamon (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Sprinkle berries with 4 tsp flour so they don't sink to the bottom of the cake
- Mix all ingredients together
- Pour into pan
- Cook for 35 minutes
- Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on top
