How to make it

  • 1. Heat oven to 400 F.
  • 2. Cook beef and onion in 10 inch skillet over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown; drain fat. Stir in rice, salt, pepper, soup and water.
  • 3. Place cabbage in un-greased 2 quart casserole. Spoon beef mixture over cabbage.
  • 4. Cover and bake about 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Top with sour cream and chives.
