How to make it

  • Preheat the oven at 300 degrees
  • Sift the sugars,flour and salt and set aside.
  • Break up the almond paste into small pieces. Add with the egg whites and almond extract beat until smooth.
  • Combine the dry ingredients and the wet mix well.
  • Take a spoonful of the dough mixture and dip it into the pine nuts.
  • Slide the dough 2 inches apart onto a prepared cookie sheets lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake 20 to 25 minutes until goldin.
