Pignoli Cookies

                    - 1/2 Cup granulated sugar shopping list
 - 1/2 Cup confectionery sugar shopping list
 - 1/4 Cup Flour shopping list
 - 1/8 Tsp salt shopping list
 - 2 Eggs whites shopping list
 - 1 8oz Can of ***Solo*** almond paste shopping list
 - Pine nuts shopping list
 - 1 Tsp almond extract shopping list
 
How to make it 
                    - Preheat the oven at 300 degrees
 - Sift the sugars,flour and salt and set aside.
 - Break up the almond paste into small pieces. Add with the egg whites and almond extract beat until smooth.
 - Combine the dry ingredients and the wet mix well.
 - Take a spoonful of the dough mixture and dip it into the pine nuts.
 - Slide the dough 2 inches apart onto a prepared cookie sheets lined with parchment paper.
 - Bake 20 to 25 minutes until goldin.
