Curry Leftovers

- 1/2 package egg noodles (even no-egg noodles work) shopping list
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 1/2 can milk shopping list
- 1 tbsp. curry powder shopping list
- 1/2 black pepper shopping list
- 1 1/2 - 2 cups leftover meat (any type) chopped shopping list
- 1 cup leftover veggies (optional and any kind will work) chopped shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 350 degrees
- In dutch oven or oven proof pot cook egg noodles as per package directions until just about cooked but not quite. If fully cooked do not worry it will still work. Remove about 1/2 cup starch water. Dain the noodles.
- Return noodles to the pan. Add the cream of mushroom soup, milk, starch water, curry powder and black pepper. Mix until fully combined.
- Add leftover meat and veggies and mix till combined. If you find to thick add some additional milk. Taste can add additional curry powder or black pepper if you wish.
- Bake in oven for about 1 hour. Part way give a stir to make sure there and taste.
