How to make it

  • Bake Potatoe.. about 400 degrees for hour.. take potatoes wash then dry and oil wrap in foil the bake.
  • after done baking run cool water over the potatoe after removing from foil.. while running cool water one potatoe at a time peel the potatoe and put into a mixing bowl / continue to do all potatoes
  • then add milk sour cream butter and mix until creamy
  • then add all the other ingredients mix well
  • take your foil pans spray each with pan then fill with potatoe mixture and bake in oven for 20 minutes add Cheese on top if you like .. let melt..
  • serve as a side dish with chicken / steak/ pork / seafood..

    Why do you wrap the potatoes in foil when you bake them? That sort of steams them. If you bake without the foil, the potato stays nice and fluffy. Try one without and see what you think. Take a look at this: http://whatscookingamerica.net/Q-A/PotatoBaking.htm If I order a baked potato in a restaurant, I always ask if it has been wrapped in foil to bake. Just not the same. But, you may prefer them in foil and that is certainly fine with me! 😉
