Ingredients
  • 1 cup uncooked macaroni
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon onion.finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/1/2 cups cooked chicken(Rotisserie grocery-store bought works great.)
  • 1 cup chopped cucumber(FarmersMarket in season.)
  • 1 rib celery,chopped(FarmersMarket in season.)

Directions
  1. Coook macaroni to your taste.
  2. Combine mayonnaise,onion,salt and pepper in bowl;mix.
  3. Add warm macaroni,chicken,celery,and cucumber,mix.
  4. Chill,covered 2 hours.
