How to make it

  • Cook cauliflower by your favorite method until soft and tender but not mushy
  • Drain well
  • Mash with a potato masher to get the consistency your want ( smooth, partially chunky etc )
  • Add butter, cream cheese, etc to taste, but keeping desired texture
  • season as desired with salt and pepper etc.
  • Note: you get the idea so other additions added to your liking as desired
