How to make it

  • 1. Spread ½ cup beans in middle of large plate, lay chips on plate slightly overlapping around edge of beans, and over top. Top with shredded cheese Microwave on high for 45 to 55 seconds or until cheese is melted.
  • 2. Remove from microwave, top with green onion, picante sauce, olives, tomatoes, and jalapenos if using. Add condiments such as sour cream, guacamole, and lettuce if desired to plate and eat!
  • Notes: for the meat version you can add the precooked taco meat to the chips when you add the cheese.
