How to make it

  • Heat a griddle or a large frying pan over medium-hi heat.
  • Coat the bottom lightly with olive oil.
  • Add sliced onions and peppers and cook over med-hi heat until caramelized (lightly browned) about 6-8 minutes.
  • Add minced garlic and minced jalepeño, mix thoroughly and cook for about 30 seconds
  • Salt and pepper to taste. Light on salt.
  • Pull veggies over to one side of pan.
  • Add butter and roast beef, fry on medium just until there is no pink visable.
  • Mix roast beef and veggies thoroughly.
  • Divide mixture in half, and place 4 slices of cheese over each pile.
  • Place the opened bread over each pile and cover with a large lid for about 2 minutes.
  • When the bread is warm and the cheese melted, Use a large spatula to flip each pile over onto a dinner place close and serve.
  • Serve with plenty of paper towels and Enjoy!!
