This is the meal my grandson calls the best meat he ever tasted and my granddaughter often requests it. The whole family loves it.

Ingredients
  • 1 1/4 lbs pork tenderloins
  • 1/4 cup peppercorns, ground (assorted)
  • cooking spray
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 quart milk
  • 3 tablespoons peppercorns, crushed
  • salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Directions
  1. Sprinkle the peppercorns on a piece of foil.
  2. Spray the entire pork loin with cooking spray.
  3. Roll the tenderloin in the peppercorns until fully crusted and pat them into the meat.
  4. Spray the entire crusted pork loin again with cooking spray.
  5. In a saute pan, quickly brown the pork on all sides in olive oil.
  6. Place on a rack, uncovered in a 325 oven and roast for about 2 hours until meat thermometer reaches 170.
  7. For the Gravy:.
  8. With whisk mix flour and milk in large pan, add butter, peppercorns and salt.
  9. Cook until thickened, lower heat, simmer for 15 minutes.
  10. Slice meat into 1/2" slices.
  11. Serve with gravy.
  12. I aslo serve homemade applesauce with this dish for those who do not want the gravy.
