What’s to say? I’ve seen a dozen different kinds of dipping sauce for Tempura. If these don’t suit you, create one. I, personally, don’t use #1 or #2. I just wing it, when the time comes. My winging it is often something like “My usual”. Read more I have even seen some round eyes do a mayo based sauce. I’m pretty liberal but not that liberal. See less
