Herb or Mint Roasted New/salad Potatoes Recipe

How to make it

  • Preheat Oven to 200c/400f/Gas 6;
  • Place the potatoes in a large roasting dish, drizzle over with olive oil, spread in the herbs and season;
  • Roast in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until tender.
