Italian Beer Beef

- 3-4 Lb beef roast shopping list
- 1 pkg italian seasoning mix shopping list
- 1 can of beer shopping list
How to make it
- Place roast in the crock pot.
- Cover with Dry dressing Mix.
- Pour beer over roast.
- Cook on low for 8-10 hours for best results - or on High for 4 hours.
- When done shred and serve on crusty rolls with juice.
- Works well with pork or chicken too!

I love it Sourdough rolls! The beer adds that unique flavor and Italian seasoning is just right, I usually add a couple of fresh chopped jalapeno peppers to mine... yummmmmm... I like it hot!
