How to make it

  • Place roast in the crock pot.
  • Cover with Dry dressing Mix.
  • Pour beer over roast.
  • Cook on low for 8-10 hours for best results - or on High for 4 hours.
  • When done shred and serve on crusty rolls with juice.
  • Works well with pork or chicken too!

    I love it Sourdough rolls! The beer adds that unique flavor and Italian seasoning is just right, I usually add a couple of fresh chopped jalapeno peppers to mine... yummmmmm... I like it hot!
