Birthday Pasta Salad

- 1 lb. salad macaroni (ditalini) shopping list
- 1 cup Vegenaise or regular mayonnaise shopping list
- 2 tsp yellow mustard shopping list
- 1 tbls white vinegar shopping list
- 1 tbls parsley shopping list
- 2 tsp granulated onion shopping list
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced shopping list
- 1 medium red onion, diced shopping list
- 3-4 stalks of celery, diced shopping list
- 2 cucumbers, diced shopping list
- 2 cups small cherry tomatoes shopping list
- 1 cup black olives, sliced shopping list
- 1 cans of garbanzo beans, well rinsed shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Put water on to boil. Clean and chop veggies. Rinse beans. Boil pasta until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water until pasta is cool to the touch. Mix in mayo, mustard, spices, veggies, and beans. Salt and pepper to taste. Place in fridge for at least 4 hours; overnight is best. Taste again before serving and if necessary add additional salt, pepper, mustard, granulated onion or granulated garlic.
